Materials, colours, ordering and delivery.

- What is this equipment actually made of?
- Solid PVC throughout, not steel with a coating and not laminated board. There is no metal frame inside to corrode and no core to swell, which is why it survives pool halls and wet changing rooms.
- Will it rust or grow mould?
- PVC does not rust and does not rot. There is no coating to blister and no absorbent core, so the usual failure modes for changing-room furniture in a humid climate do not apply.
- How do you clean it?
- It can be washed down and disinfected as part of a normal cleaning regime. There is no finish to strip and no seam that traps water.

- What colours are available?
- Nine: red, aqua, yellow, beige, blue, cyan, white, grey, and a mixed option. Most items are available across the range, so a whole changing block can be specified as a single colour scheme, or colour-coded by year group or activity.
- Can I mix colours within one order?
- Yes. Colour is specified per item, so a bench run can be one colour and the storage another. Tell us the scheme and we will schedule it.
- Can items be locked?
- Several cabinets and storage benches have a lockable option, including a stainless-steel lock fitting for items destined for wet areas. Locking is specified per item.
- What is the difference between the Regular and Premium items?
- Premium items are a distinct build within the supplier's range and are identified as such on each product page. Where both exist for the same function we will set out the difference on the quotation.
- Is this suitable for a school as well as a pool?
- Yes. The same benches, hangers, cabinets and ball racks are specified for school changing rooms and sports halls as for aquatic centres. There is also a children's range sized for early years.
ordering
- Do I need to know part numbers to enquire?
- No. Describe the room and how many people use it. A plan, a schedule or even a photo of the space you are replacing is enough for us to come back with a specified list.
- Do you supply pool platforms as well as equipment?
- Yes, but they are a made-to-order product rather than a catalogue item. Depth-reducing platforms are surveyed, drawn and approved before manufacture. See the pool platforms page.
- How do I get a price?
- Request a quote. We price against a specified schedule rather than publishing a list, because most enquiries are for a room rather than a single item.
delivery
- Is equipment supplied assembled?
- It varies by item. Some ship fully assembled, some partially, and some flat-packed. We confirm the packing format for each line on the quotation.
